Go For: Breakfast through to Dinner, definitely for coffee, drinks too
This popular cafe served us one of the best coffees we had on our entire trip! We were seriously impressed with Chimera overall, and cannot recommend it enough. It’s hipster, quirky interior attracts a local crowd. Place your order at the front and grab a seat at the big communal table down the middle or your own table along the sides. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming!
We had the Vegan Bowl and Vegan Plate, and both were super impressive dishes! Big portions, very filling, tasty and creative. What more could you ask for on a chilly morning in Tulsa?!
They have a range of vegan goodies including scones and doughnuts (they have refined sugar though). They also offer vegan oats, but they may have sugar depending on the flavour of the day.
