After seeing a show in Vegas, we hungrily wondered along the strip in search of vegan food. A quest we did not think would be successful, but then we found Nacho Daddy! This bar-style Mexican food joint has a full vegan menu, with gluten-free options too, and it is open until 2-3am.
We shared a plate of Vegan Loaded Nachos. The dish was good but sloppy, which is appropriate for bar food. Nacho Daddy is a great choice for a late night meal on the strip, especially if you are vegan with limited options. Nothing fancy, nice and quick, and vegan friendly!
